At OXKnit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium knitwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all OXKnit tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
